Products and Orders
Everything we sell is made to order through print-on-demand manufacturing. Products are printed for you after you order, production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipping, and colors may vary slightly from screen to garment because of monitors and printing.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and can change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to give current, complete, and accurate payment information.
Shipping
Shipping times depend on your location and the method you choose. Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site — designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to California Buzz or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our own designs celebrate places, nature, and culture; we do not reproduce team logos, league or event marks, artist likenesses, or any other brand’s trade dress.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or make derivative works from any content on our Site without our written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Site or its servers, upload harmful code, or use automated tools to scrape data from the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, California Buzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
