At California Buzz, we want you to love what you ordered. Since everything we make is printed to order specifically for you, our return policy differs from a traditional retail store.
Made-to-Order Products
Every product is printed and produced on demand after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection (please check our size guides before ordering), or color preferences (colors may vary slightly between screens and printed goods).
When We Will Make It Right
We stand behind our work. We will replace your item or issue a full refund if it arrives damaged or defective, has a printing error, is the wrong item, or is lost in transit.
Have an Issue? Here’s What to Do
Email us at hello@california.buzz within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We review claims within 2 business days. If approved, we either reprint and reship at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellation
Production starts quickly. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in production. To cancel, email us right away at hello@california.buzz with your order number.
Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we reship at no cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, contact us about a refund for the qualifying item and place a new order for the one you want.
